Mission statement
The Rocky Mountain College (RMC) Recycling program is a student-run organization that has recently been developed to answer the call for an immediate improvement of the recycling services offered on campus. The group is composed of students in the ESC 380 Externalities, Exclusion, and Environmental Economics course at RMC, the Environmental Club, and the Students Interested in Free Enterprise (SIFE) Club.
Our mission is to provide the campus with a comprehensive and effective recycling service, which aims to reduce the volume and environmental impact of waste generated by the campus. Our goal is to make the process of recycling no more difficult than disposing of the items as waste. We plan to accomplish this by working to achieve the following objectives.
